Waiting for Godot

"What do we do now? Wait. [...] We're waiting for Godot".

These lines were first heard on the stage of the Théâtre de Babylone in Paris in 1953. Samuel Beckett's theatrical debut is considered one of the most important theatrical events of the 20th century. Director Piotr Cieplak returns to Waiting for Godot after 70 years. Is this a classic yet? Does it still have its avant-garde power? And, are we still waiting?

The cast includes Mariusz Benoit, Jerzy Radziwiłowicz, Bartłomiej Bobrowski and Cezary Kosiński.

Please mind that tobacco smoke appears in some scenes during the show.
