Brazilian Short Story

Premiere of Jarosław Iwaszkiewicz's short story in the stage adaptation by Marcin Hycnar. 

Brazil, 1949 r. The family of exiled Polish intellectuals frequently relocates as the father, a professional engineer, pursues new contracts. Living in uncertainty and longing for permanent residence, they plan to return to their home country. Beatutilul, exotic surroundings and blazing heat release hidden desires and tensions. Under the surface of words, the Chekhovian drama of disenchantment unfolds.
